XION told about the beta launch of the EarnOS platform with the participation of Uber and Baskin-Robbins

  • The XION team has revealed the progress of the EarnOS platform beta testing.

The XION team has announced the successful beta launch of the EarnOS platform. As the project’s founder known as Burnt Banksy told Incrypted, major companies such as Uber, Baskin-Robbins, Sunglass Hut and The North Face joined EarnOS during the testing.

According to the developers, the key to EarnOS’ usability is XION’s chain abstraction infrastructure. Users can log in with their email and interact seamlessly across all devices, without the need for seed phrases, plugins, wallets, gas fees, popups, or complex transaction signing. XION’s solution aims to make Web3 more accessible.

In addition, the integration of USDC as a primary transactional asset allows advertisers to reach a wider audience, the project team said. 

According to the data, more than 200,000 verified users participated in the beta test and made more than 1.3 million unique interactions with brands. 

Participating companies have achieved increased brand awareness coupled with significant growth in social media. It is noted that the market capitalization of brands that joined EarnOS exceeds $165 billion. 

The metrics achieved with the platform have prompted Uber and other companies to significantly increase their planned expenditures on the EarnOS platform, the statement said.

‘We’re seeing the future of Web3 unfold, where blockchain technology becomes accessible to mainstream audiences, opening up massive customer bases for participating brands. The success of the EarnOS launch demonstrates XION’s unique ability to enable true consumer-facing applications and drive mainstream adoption by fully abstracting away crypto complexities’, said Burnt Banksy.

XION being positioned by the developers as the first L1-blockchain urpose-built for consumer adoption through crypto abstraction. The project provides a secure, intuitive and seamless user experience by the protocol-level implementation related to abstract accounts, signatures and commissions, the team noted.

It should be noted that in April 2024, XION raised $25 million with the participation of Animoca Brands, Laser Digital and Multicoin.
